Doom siphons off some of Kal-El's powers. He beats down Supes and finishes him off kryptonite.

With any amount of prep, I'd side with Doom. However in an immediate battle I'm going with Superman.

Nowhere in my post did I reference to Superman using a speedblitz. I simply asked how Doom would attain time when Superman, being the aggressor that he is, is constantly in his house.
