HIV and drug addict is the only thing there that's really bad.Everything else is pretty common place.
For a very long while Ollie Green lived the life, he pretty much still does have it very easy compared to a large majority of heroes.
Yeah at the very beginning he did. Then he became Green Arrow and things got bad 🙂
.....Gosh some people just cruise through life 😛

You know what I just realized I hate Thor. The guy has freaking everything 😠

Avenging doesn't bring somebody back, just ask the Punisher 😐
And we've been waiting for over a year, there's no actual guarnatee they'll be back.

Seeing as Asgard is being moved to Oklahoma I think they are 😐
Oklahoma sucks.
I never said they wouldn't be, let's just put it like this:
If I were to murder every single family member you have, then you killed me, then you had to live for about another year or so.. then die yourself.
Do you think the fact they're coming back would make the year you had any less tragic? No.

I agree, plus his act of revenge would show there would be no difference in between you and him in through the whole moral high ground aspect ✅

And if that was the worst thing ever it isn't that bad. Especially looking at the fact everything is basically going back to normal 😛
Have to admit, gods like Thor & Hercules seem to have everything they want and no big problems. An epic battle now and again, but a glass of mead or wine is aways waiting at the end of the day. Then there are near-gods like Superman & The Silver Surfer, who can do nearly anything they want.
I'll add Longshot to the list. The man can't experience tragedy; his power gurantees good luck. And he has an awesome power to attract women. Bastard.

Meh.
Tragic is being stuck in a concentration camp, watching your family and friends get shot down and being thrown into their mass grave with them. Then having to crawl out from underneath their rotting bodies, then being forced to help kill your kin just because of your religion.
Tragic is falling in love with a gypsy woman, having a child and realising you have powers and are prevented from saving your burning child from a fire because the town folk don't like the fact your different.
Tragic isn't living the majority of your life in luxury, then getting impaled on two arrows. That's a walk in the park in comparison to alot of the heroes and villains around.

Er so what exactly happened there...he got hurt.....who died?
Merlyn and Doctor Light teamed up to pwn team arrow. GA fights back and gets some good hits in on Merlyn. GA gets distracted by Merlyn blowing up Star City (TRAGIC!!!) and Merlyn seizes the opportunity to impale GA on some arrows. Fortunately he is found in time and recuperates on a desert island where he is taught fighting skills by the same guy who taught Deathstroke. Scans of this are in the GA respect thread ✅
Whilst on the island GA discovers his city is broken up in his absence (TRAGIC!!!)

I never said those things weren't tragic. I said that what GA has gone through was tragic, which it is. Compared to Mag's, GA has a had a less tragic life however GA has had a very tragic life 🙂

Really..
GA's life doesn't seem all that tragic to be honest, it's much worse than a normal man's life. But it isn't half as bad as most heroes to be honest 😬.
