They can, and infact, I urge anyone curious enough, to do so. My argument was clear to anyone. If you're subjected to over-exposure in a country where they admittedly are very popular, you will consider them overrated perhaps, and I've even admitted that I don't even like certain Tool fans, so that could contribute.
