Now keep in mind that the only reason Joker's venom affected FS in the first place was because Professor Stein published documents explaining the power of FS, way back in the day.
And even though Luthor/Joker were able to get ahold of said documents, in an effort to exploit any weaknesses FS may have -- They still couldn't put him down for the count.
Pretty impressive, imo.
