I dont think i'll have teh Money for a Wii when this comes out, thus I thought perhaps teh ps2 version.
Will online play cost though ? IE : Will I have to pay to use it or will it be free.

Yes you can use the Classic Controller, but the Wiimote is just as fast and effective as the Classic Controller, its actually easier in most ways once you get the hang of it.
How can you 'beg to differ' if you've never used it? Neither of you played BT2 with the Wiimote and so neither of you should be making claims about it. I have, I've played with both, and I prefer, and am actually faster with the Wiimote controls. However, they do take some time to get used to, its not anywhere near 'pick up and play'...it does take practice but once you get good its as fast as any standard controller setup. I guarantee you and unless they royally F* something up in BT3 it should be the same.
