I just thought about it. Lizard and hobgoblin in 4, mysterio in 5 and then in the last one Venom vs spiderman the last time. No Carnage, i think it lowers the tone of venom abit imo.

The only villain I can see in a full length Spiderman movie left would be the Lizard, and his appearance in 4 is almost Guaranteed.

I think Spiderman 5 and 6 will probably have returning Villains...6 will probably feature Norman's return as GG to kill Stacy. Hopefully we will eventually get a Venom return.

I think Kraven hunting Lizard would be a perfect interlocking story for a Spider-Man film. And I could see Hobgoblin using Electro's emotions into making him Hobby's own weapon, making double the threat for SM6.

Mysterio has to be in a Spider-Man movie, not only does he have potential he is a really good villain and can be a mastermind on many occasions, forming the Sinister Six again, manipulating Electro as well as being a last boss in many Spider-Man games.

He just doesn't have the same presence or popularity as the Hobgoblin or Venom.
Helping the plot along? I'd love to see it. Carrying an entire film by himself? Well....

Somewhere down the line, I'd like to see the Rhino, Vulture, and Scorpion.

I think it could be done, but to pair him up with the Hobgoblin would be a match made in heaven I think both as a double act would be a deadly combination and they are sort of similar in there approach to things and share certain personality traits, I would like to see them together in a spider-Man film, as I would like to see Kraven and Chameleon together, but honestly I hope they go back to the one villain formula, perhaps two but as we saw with the batman films, double trouble is not always a good thing, yet I guess you could also look at BB and how it managed to put the two villains together there.

Forget Carnage, forget the clone...they won't be in a Spider-Man film.

Mysterio's costume is pathetic, I have a mental picture of Mysterio in 4 and I can tell you, he looks a whole lot better then that.
