Well typed and I understood everything that you posted and it makes sense. I still disagree with the cannonball and magneto feat and still think storm could get some wins but the rest is understood and made good sense.
I hope you know that im not talking about wolverine (james howlett), Im referring to the wolverine that worked for apocalypse. He showed no weakness. I guess I should have left him out since no one knows about him.
By the way proteus lost that weakness to metal after colossus threw a diesel on top of him. The only weakness that he have now is his mind. Proteus would destroy superman.

The only thing I can say about it is that in real fight (no cheapshots) Emma Frost has little or no chance of beating Superman. Why? Because she can't use her telepathy and diamond form simultaneously.
Shift from human to diamond form is really fast, but it didn't prevented her from getting speedblitzed by Northstar during it.
Of course, providing safe distance and no direct contact with Superman, she most probably can give him troubles with her TP. But on the battlefield, without any covering...hell no.
