I don't factually hate her and I don't think any here does either... I do find it appalling that people see her or call her a "role model"; WTF has she done that qualifies her as a role model? She was born filthy rich and flaunts her private affairs for all to see.
And that's something to look up too, I mean who doesn't want to be born filthy rich? It's something we all aspire too...
To bad most of us probably aren't Hindus though so we have very little chance of getting reincarnated 🙁

I voted yes.I am a fan of Paris, but still believe she should be imprisoned.
However, her sentence is far too harsh.
Apparently, the average prison sentence for those convicted of drink driving and violating probation is just 10 days-Paris is serving 23 days.
Make what you like out of that...
They don't give movies stars more time is prison, they give them less. dontgetit

it would be petty and pathetic if people voted so because they hate her.i think she deserved jail time because it was fitting to the crime she committed,
and not because she's rich, famous, and promiscuous....then again im not a retarded media whore, so what do i know?
I agree.
Prosecutors are a little hesitant to go after celebreties, because it might tarnish their image. They're damned if they do, and damned if they dont.
If they do: They're just prosecuting them for publicity, because theyre rich and famous.
If they don't: They're giving a celeb an easy time, and just letting them get away with it.

True, and this is why I fully expected Paris to walk.
I will be interested to see what sentences both Nicole Ritchie and Lindsay Lohan are given in light of their recent drink/drug driving arrests.

Far too harsh? So..you're retarded, right? This girl has violated her probation three different times, and she basically thumbs her nose and says 'screw you' to the court..and you believe it's too harsh? If anything she should get longer for disrespecting a judge.
