Yeah, and is she going to do all that before Iceman stops all the molecular motion in her body? That would take about second or two.

And you are aware that Iceman could just exist in the water molecules inside her body, right?

Storm. last I heard of her, still needs a physical body. So Iceman could just create a shard inside of her brain and kill her. That would take about a second too.

So unless Storm completely removes all the hydrogen and oxygen atoms from the area and herself (which would kill her, btw, and Iceman could just go somewhere else), she isn't winning a battle with Iceman.

Storm controls the weather because that's how her mind works. It doesn't matter that if you look at her powerset she might be capable of a lot more because she clearly doesn't know how to do any of that more.

When it come right down to it Storm has WeatherManip and nothing more because thats basicly all she's ever been shown to have.

Is Iceman even effected by electricity??

I looked all through his respect thread and I don't see ANYHTING about him spreading his consciouness to every water molecule on Earth.

There is nothing stating that Storm can effect the weather on a planetary scale. If not why is she not recognized as an upper echelon/omega mutant?
