Even IF Storm somehow knew in which water molecules Iceman's conciousness is (which there is no way that she can), he can just go to the molecules in her body and exist within her and attack her from there. Like this:

Storm's true form is an elemental energy matrix and going by forum rules of fighting to the Best of A characters ability and Bloodlust Iceman is defeated. he cannot destroy energy Storm will metabolize Iceman's energy matrix like superman eats sunlight.
and ICEMAN IS BADASS in the Zero Tolerance saga he was whupping Bastion and the Omega Sentinels by his lonesome [cecilia reyes wasn't helping much and Sabra wasn't with it.]

Oh, that's right. She isn't. She's flesh and blood. And going by forum rules, unless specified otherwise, the characters are as they are currently. Which means that she will be frozen. In seconds.

If he could freeze her, I doubt he'd have an easy time.
See that's the thing about controling the weather, her powers enable her to venture into just about every concievable arena of fundemental, and natural forces. This includes kinetic energy, electromagnetism, temperature, water vapor etc etc.
Lightning alone emmits just about every ray in the electromagnetic spectrum.

She can also see matter at the sub-atomic level and/or as pure energy. This includes water vapor😬 She could very well turn him into oxygen, then helium, then hydrogen. Round and round and round we go, where we stop nobody knows shocklaugh
