Also if Iceman get's into Superman's body and want's something there it probably would take more than ice powers to damage his organs.

He doesn't have to damge his organs. He'd freeze every molecule from the inside out.

It's not cuncussive blunt force, but very subtle.

Very true. But we don't how that would work out. Iceman is really the mutie that can possibly beat Supes.
But temerature is different when it comes to Supes. I mean he is walking daily on the Antartic.
