So, how is this debatable? His speed + strength combo is a mother f*cker for any top tier to deal with. So MANY confused versatility with power, yet only a few understand that they're not the same thing. This happens to be one of the reasons you can't stand Superman being observed as above them all. A lack of versatility doesn't hinder one's power output.
And I still don't think you're getting the fact that Supes has the ability to counteract BB's scream with his own voice.
The only way for Black Bolt to compare is if he's consistently shown to be at the top of the top tier list, or to be above nearly all of them in Marvel.

Superman irks me, though i consistently read and enjoy his stuff.
Maybe it's because he tends to beat up other heroes more than any other mainstream character aside from Hulk.
Maybe it's because of the forcefed nature of his position.
I do think that any character introduced into the DCU proper doesn't have a legit chance at Superstardom, and it does bother me.
But what you said about BB in regards to Superman isn't true.
I don't look for a top tier to dominate him.
I do think there are top tiers can take him for a majority, but i concede that the list is short.
And i've never said any of Supermans feats are pis.
I've called several distasteful(many being birthed in OWAW), but i've never just flatout said this or that one doesn't count.
And BB doesn't get stomped against Superman.
He doesn't get stomped by those close to Superman in power, so why would he get stomped now?

Doctor Polaris emps Superman and robs him of his hv, due to hv being minature nanobots resting on the inside of Supermans eyelids firing intense infared rays.

BB's voice isn't a sonic attack.
And BB is consistently shown to be at the pinnacle of Marvels top tier list, along with Surfer and Thor.
Those two might be more powerful than him, but neither are more consistent.
That's why i feel he can at least stalemate Superman.
And for the record, i've never said that versatility alone is what makes Surfer more powerful than Superman.
My example - A hole 10 feet wide, and 30 feet deep is still smaller than a hole 20 feet wide and 30 feet deep.
IF versatility alone made for more power, Hulk would be less powerful than Ironman.

Laughable is the thought of these 2 at their best and you thinking that BB would have a chance.
Let's see what insane stuff Supes has pulled.
Stopped the Omega Beams with HV.
Rubbed his hands together and contained a rip in reality.
Repaired rips in space and time with his body.
Defeating "Z" using vocal frequency.
Defeating Subjekt 13 with vocal frequency.
Fooling Eradicator with realistic image generations.
Breaking WW's magical indestructable bracelets.
Flying so fast a boom tube is created.
Flexing and morphing reality in his fight against Dominus.
Hell, Supergirl stopped an Earthquake with a whistle.
This stuff doesn't even sound like it's in his "standard" powerset...yet he consistently pulls things like this off.
Hence me admitting that if you do the best of either, it'd be a stalemate, since either would be untouchable.
He broke an alternate universe WonderWomans bracelets, which wasn't ever clear if they were of the aegis variety.
Everything else is clear tho.
Still, going by the best of any top tier character without bias is silly, since it results in untouchable characters.
