I however personally use AVG Anti-Virus PRO. It is less demanding in terms of resources and does it's job well.

Get Superantispyware first then scan then get CHKrootkit that can be downloaded from the mentioned site and post the list in here that should be fairly simple.

Yeah its probably spyware I believe...

nothing serious but on AIM, when i write a comment and press send, there's like a 7 second delay and this occured after i d/l that avg anti-spyware

any ideas?
