It's too many of them. The big threats, Galactus and Tyrant are held in check by the skyfather's and Takion and Stayne. The heralds are met and held by The powerful new gods who are backed up by lessor new gods' and all those parademons and brimstones. It just wasn't stacked in Big G's favor. He should have shorted down the list of new Gods or something.

DID yugah Khan fight all of the New Gods at the same time without cutting them off from the source? Did he fight stayne and takion at the same time? nope. That instance is now discredited. As for Doomsday, you realize how powerful a guardian is right? Each one more powerful than a Hundred Green Lanters. Each a skyfather lvl in power. Doomsday cost one his life just to remove him from the planet. DS, beat doomsday into submission and had time enough to give a monologue before doomsday recharge, revived or what ever the hell he did. that in itself shows how powerful DS is. And not counting the pis that DS could have just Teleported doomsday off world, Your doomsday instance in now also debuncted. Doomsday beat a skyfather being on Oa. So it's not a low showing for any of the other people on apok to get ran thru.

And then DS says you are BEYOND death. meaning you ****ing die and come back. Not you can't be killed. becuz he did that. Doomsday dies and comes back to be able to beat what ever killed him. Superman got killed by Doomsday after a long battle. Darksied Beat Doomsday and killed him. It was this beating that led to doomsday's power up. Thanos would get beaten by Doomsday as well.
