There's not much evidence that they were doing anything outside of that arc. And after it ended Joker lost that power so the stuff afterward can't have been effected by them.

Yes. It's very clear, at least to me, that during the Vengance arc of Superman/Batman Myx was influencing everybody (Batmite even goes so far as to say at least one of the groups had never existed at all). However near the end it seems painfully obvious that if Myx did anything directly it was make sure that DS was taken out of the SourceWall not put in.

On a side note was anyone else really irritated by the constant parodies of Marvel in that Arc?
