I especially like the final panel when we see Thor looking at Heimdall while he was overlooking the outside of Asgard.

I'm wondering something now though. I mean Heimdall looked extremely tough like he could take on heralds tough. We all know Thor is planned on showing more of his power but does anyone think that all the other Asgardians might be getting upgrades?

Yea, I kinda agree with you on the power thing. I enjoyed when Thor informed Tony something along the lines of "No, now I'm just not holding back. You'll see how powerful a god of Thunder really is." I think this series is going to add some of the majesty of Marvel's mythical characters back into comics. Maybe it's not that they're getting upgrades, but instead we're just seeing what being a god really means.

I agree with the idea that they are just gonna stop being nice gods.

Man I just want Heimdall to go lay the smack down on Colossus or Namor in a fight just to really get the point across. The Asgradians have returned πŸ˜„

Yeah, Bendis retcons 40 years of history (Hulk not killing anyone) and suddenly he's a mass murderer? No, he's never murdered anyone in cold blood which has been reinforced over in Incredible Hulk #110.

Justified or not, it's extremely naive to say they didn't wrong Hulk, because they did and he's also justified in beating the shit out of them (not the whole Gladiator thing though, that's just odd).

Yes, it's very likely that destroying buildings and fighting supervillains for over 40 years would have no casualties.

They took it upon themselves to decide Hulk's fate. πŸ™„

If they didn't, who would?

Who has more authority on Earth than the Sorceror Supreme and the director of Shield?

Yeah.. many ppl were asking why IM did not meet Thor in his thorbuster armor. Well it does not exist.... Thorbuster armor was built during reigning which was timed out by King Thor using zarko's gadget in the reigning story line. Well i think after this fight Tony will have something tricky up his sleeve to bring Thor down...using Clor. He might get the world to see Thor as a bad guy.

Wizard has confirmed that Thor will be fighting Clor and that Clor will be far stronger than in Civil War. I was kinda hoping to see Thor fight someone else, but meh :/

Great artwork. Some of the best. I remember how I hated the artwork in thors second series up until the later arcs.

you know Tonys probably modified Clor with upgrades after he saw how Herc caved his skull in.

You're wrong so drop it you turd. 😐 It was stated that Hulk/Banner never killed an innocent only Bannerless Hulk killed innocents. Get over it. It wasn't their place to decide Hulk's fate.

More authority? πŸ˜– What crack pipe fantasy are you speaking of? Again, it's not for a few people to decide the fate of Hulk/Banner. Have you read any Classic Avengers? Did you read The Incredible Hulk before Planet Hulk? Hulk helped the heroes when called upon.

Hulk rampaged when attacked or provoked. durhuc

No one has more authority than them on Earth.

Who should decide the Hulk's fate, a jury of his peers?

You're talking in circles. I answered this question. Keep up. πŸ™„

If the President - Congress - Senate etc. finally decided Hulk was a Clear And Present Danger to the people of the U.S., I wouldn't have a real problem with action to remove him. God knows SHIELD & General Ross have had Banner in custody uncounted number of times over the years, and Banner always escapes and Hulks out. Whether the Hulk's benefits & actions to help the world can outweigh the destruction, well...

The point is, it shouldn't be a small number of private citizens making this call. Look at She-Hulk; a pro-reg supporter from the beginning, and is now royally pissed at finding out the people she supported - Tony & Reed - exiled her cousin as judge & jury with no due process.
Another ally turns against the Pro-Reg masterminds. Seriously, Tony & Reed better turn out to be Skrulls, or they'll never escape the crapstorm they started up.

No. They should have told the entire super hero community as well as talked to banner before deciding such a thing.

what the did was illegal and simply morally wrong and he has every right to kick the shit out of them

Morally wrong my ass.

Walking out the door when there's an 80% chance you're going to lose control and deal collateral damage equivalent to several million dollars, is morally wrong. Putting your friends in a position where they have to choose whether or not to ship you away in the first place is morally wrong.

This is something the Hulk should've volunteered for.

You can't hold banner accountable for hulks actions. Hulk is not banner and banner is not hulk. Mind wise there completely different. If you even tried too use what the hulk did against banner in a court of law you get laughed at.

banner/hulk has never killed any one. He has saved the world countless times. He is a hero.

Tricking the banner and then shooting his ass into space is morally wrong. They should not have done it. They should have discussed it with banner. They should not have done this in secret. It was morally wrong. It was an awful thing to do and Hulk has a right to kick there asses

You haven't been paying too much attention, have you? The Hulk is holding them accountable for the death of his wife and child. Which they are NOT. They are responsible for the Hulk meeting her, the Hulk is responsible for causing the ship to explode.

Morally wrong to send him away? That's a matter of opinion. The Wolverine fanboy does not get to decide.

They didn't laugh in the Ultimate verse.

Oh ive been payign attention. I never said hulk had a right to be made for his wifes or childs death. I said he has a right to kick there ass for shooting his ass into space.

No it was morally wrong. was there really a reason to call me a fanboy? Nope there was not. And your still a dick.

well I really don't care what the ultimate verse thinks.

Either way, they loose most of their rights, are locked up somewhere and their actions have CONSEQUENCES. Consequences that affect the personality/mind that's normally in charge.
