You gotta be kidding me.Infinite Crisis showed the difference between a Pre C Kryptonian and Post C Kryptonian to not be all that huge. Post Crisis Daxamite w/GL ring > Pre Crisis Kryptonian. Let's not even bother mentioning the Ion power.
If you think Superboy Prime or E2 Superman were = to Pre Crisis Superman... then you've got to be kidding me.

But, whatever.
Spoiler:
According to Mungi, it took Superman, Supergirl, and Powergirl to merely rip his armor off.

Many have hypothesized that Superman is slowly returning to pre crisis levels, and will be around his pre crisis levels at the time of Final Crisis.
"T-Vo" certainly supports the "crazy powers" portion of Pre-Crisis levels.
However, if one reads a handful of 60's/70's Superman comics, they can plainly see for themselves that Pre-C Superman was on a much greater level of craziness.

Prime wasn't at full power though, and once they ripped off the suit he was still taking on Earth heroes. He was taking abit of damage, but the sun came out and recharged him

Multiple writers have admitted in interviews that they've decided to conveniently 'forget' about Torquasm-Vo.
However, T-vo is not what I meant. Just a gradual powering up of Superman till Final Crisis, where he will mirror the power of Superman Prime.
There is no certainty about it. Just lots of speculation that it'll turn out that way.

Some writers like Casey and Loeb have already said they see Superman as being as powerful as the Silver Age version. You'll just never see it in feats because retarded things like sneezing away solar systems won't ever see print again.
Well Joe Casey had Superman save the Omniverse, so...
