I cant wait for GLC#18. I like the fact that the main battle will be ION vs SBP, Not SBP against Superman again or one of his many cousins. I get the feeling taht SBP will get his @$$ handed to him.

The ****ing S-Trio already took out Henshaw. Meaning we're running out of named-baddies for the Man-Lanterns to fight.

Just read issue 17... wow... just wow.

Sodam Yat wasn't using his full Daxamite abilities until he got to Earth and got amped up from the yellow sunlight. To top it off, it showed his vital signs stopping, same thing as when Superman fought Doomsday, where afterwards his abilities amped up. To top it off becoming Ion after getting double amped up, I can't wait to see what happens next.

Also did Superman-prime look like he was wearing lipstick on the last page or was it just me? They're really going overboard with Superman-prime's emo look.

Yeah, the last page's artwork concerning Superboy/man was horrible. 😘

If you read "Tales of the SC Presents: Superman Prime" -- The art isn't nearly as bad. 🙂

I have a question. Is a Daxamte a andriod? When Yat was getting back up, it looked like he was a damn Terminator powering back up. Also his speaking "Sodam Yat back online or ready for duty or whatever".

For the fifteenth time within the last week - making it as simple as possible, Daxmites are Kryptonians.

I think that's just the effect of his daxamite powers being turnt on (because if you look at the panels, you can see the sun has risen because it changes from like dark blue to yellow).

That's actually 100% correct,
If you read the panels, after Sodam was balsted the second time by AM, the Sun begins rising, and his ring says...

"Exposure to yellow solar radiation confirms increasing invulnerability, and allied physical enhancements" -- Then Sodam simply, gets up:

What's been bothering me is why AM would even need the help of others to take over Earth?

IMO, it's either...

A.) DC just wanted to showcase the 'heavy-hitters' of the past, for sales purposes.

Or,

B.) AM is nowhere near his 'classic' levels, and truly does need help to overcome the heroes.
