he caught him by surprise. Heck his OE had never failed him before and noone knew that DD evolves back then. Thanos would have fell as well. You obviously didn't understand the context. in that context DS was severely weakened or an avatar and still managed to kill DD even though he came back to life. and DD cheapshotted him. So that isn't even that bad.

And FYI, for anyone saying that the Thanos/Spiderman issue with the cosmic cube and Black Cat was canon...you'd be wrong. That was a comic put out by the electric company, after all.
