There's also the broken green arrow, Superman's cape, Batman's cape/cowl (I think), and a Wonder Woman-ish sword.

Seems strikingly similar to 52.

Maybe... but all the other random miscellanea seems to be from good heroes as an omen of sorts.

I'm not sure if the Furies fit the bill, but I don't know the actual premise yet, so I couldn't say.

That's not Earth 2 Supes and Lex wore that costume in Infinite Crisis. Manhunter became emo, not evil, once he realized nobody cares about him.
