Suprized Starlin released the black and white photo of that so long ago.

At least it looks like DS has been stripped of his power by the time that happens.

Actually he is apparently upgraded as he just drank the Soulfire Project and even in the scan you can see the Source is defeated just prior to Superman rushing in

The Soulfire Project makes him look all glowy and orange. The Source doesn't look to be in all that bad condition (especially since we don't know the context.

i read the first issue of this and honestly.. gave up. didnt interest me.
