Yes, I am right, I just read the entire story all over again and your all wrong! LOL guys have some major catching up to do. If you are this bad at misinterpreting DoTG then I can only imagine what Final Crisis will be like. 🤣

Darkseid was powered up bigtime like I said and thats why he brought Supes to his knees so easily while in Countdown 3 it was even steven.

I read DOTNG #8 three times last night, and Kevdude, i dont know how you come to understand the comic, but you are way off....way off...i tried to look at it from your view point and..i am sorry i just dont see it the way you do, and it looks like nobody else does 😬

Based on what was stated at the end of New Gods 8. DOTNG happened a while ago in countdown continuity.

I don't think it was bad DS matched the Source with the power [temporally] of all the New Gods, as remember it was just 3 Gods (Jove, Zeus and Odin) that seriously crippled the Source causing him to split apart.

i dont get it...dude specififcally says that he knows bonding with other new gods increase power.

Also he says categoricallly that he is being fueled by new god souls....so i dont see what the big misinterpretation is about

Now I'm kinda confused as why/how Jimmy Olsen got all the New Gods power in Countdown, it just doesn't seem to fit chronologically with DOTNG. As Jimmy had their powers right at the start of Countdown 😬

Except DS gained their power drinking the Soulfire Project and when all the New Gods were dead. In Countdown Jimmy had all their powers even before Lightray was killed. I just don't see how this fits
