Symbiote Wolverine exists in the comics, way before WOS was released, also again Symbiote Wolverine is a comic property, the alien symbiote race and Wolverine who both originate in a comic being merged together, still doesn't deny the fact they are to comic characters.

For starters, being infected by Symbiote does not change them into an entirely new character. It's still the same character, technically. So even if a Symbiote-infected Wolverine was first seen in a game, it still doesn't mean it's legal here.

Second, do some research. You're wrong.

Edit: The picture that Darkhalen posted is labeled as being from New Avengers #35. Which was published October 10, 2007. Long before WoS came out.

This is the plain and simple fact and nothing you can ever say will change this SL, so read what GK posted here, both Wolverine and the Symbiote came from the comics, I even posted a picture of the comics version of Symbiote Wolverine who again appeared before the game....so in all aspects you can't argue at all.
