Some cartoons now adays.Are not meant for children.There are the family Guy and the shows on adult swim.There are warning however before the show.So maybe that would help but I doubt it.jm

Cartoons are made to be enjoyed by everyone. Young and old. It dosen't matter who you are. Cartoons are just damn fine entertainment. 💃

But some cartoons out there ARE made JUST for adults. They are unsuitable for young children only becasue of the mature content like sex and very graphic violence.

RE: Govenor Arnold Schwartzenegger, take the Simpsons or Family Guy as examples, then also look at stuff such as Ren and Stimpy. They appeal to a large audience, mostly whom are not kids (such as Ren and Stimpy, very surreal, could freak out little kids).

Looney Tunes , after all these years, are still the best thing on TV...
