Genis and Entropy wiped out the Multiverse.
On Panel Zeus differentiated TWO separate UniverseS.
If another Universe deep in the Multiversal stack was ALSO threatend,
then it's quite clear the problem was at the very least Multiversal.
And if we observe this from Starlin's point of view,
it's all of Marvel (the Multiverse)
