There's a line between the two. Using both of ours as an example:
Normal for your kink: Liking necrophilia, having sex with your girlfriend while pretending she's dead, making sure she gets real cold before for an added bonus.
Disturbed: Falling in love, marrying the woman of your dreams and killing her as soon as you get home so she'll stay perfect for you...until the cops arrive.
Normal for my kink: Having my lady wear a strap-on.

I'm not so much disturbed about any of this. Mainly speechless... that I missed out on this conversation up until now. haermm Whoo, that was a doozy of pages to read though.
As for Scream's comment on the band Disturbed, I guess I've mainly only liked it because it was one of the first groups I heard that drew me into metal back in the day (haven't listened to it in a long time though), and despite being later exposed to Metallica and pretty much all the other better bands out there, it's still remained one of my favorites as well for nostalgic reasons. *shrug* I'm not real picky when it comes to my favorite genres of music. 😛

1+2 are daft, considering the moral brainwashing of the social system it should be harder to achieve it with a family member. 3. Animal instinct is the same in any sexual theme, you would only control it if you had been brainwashed. Brainswashing in itself could be the assumed reason for your opinion and more likely than the reason for someone to be insestuos.
