Guilty Gear is definitely the deepest on the list but street fighter is certainly not more than Brawl. For technical skill I'm really not sure where tekken fits cause it was so boring i had to stop playing. However Melee is one of the most technical fighters i've ever played and I love fighting games. Get at me.
SF3 (in particular Third Strike) has a lot of depth. Naturally, we'd have to get into advanced level territory to truly understand said depth. Urien in particular, is one character whose mastery can make you appreciate just how deep Third Strike can get.
Cannot speak for SF2 or any of it's remakes as I was a casualfag with those games.
As for Tekken, QFT. srsly.
~ Your vid links did not work for me.

It's sad that low tier was highest we've ever gotten...

Blasphemy.Melee is the crown jewel while 64 and Brawl are merely awesome games.

It was my understanding that Melee wasn't really any more balanced than Brawl.

Melee had a depth that makes other fighting games weep, tbh. π Brawl is still deeper than many, unless you get a ghey match up that either:
1. Involves Iceclimbers
2. Is akin to Link v.s. D3.
Only if those "others" do not include the ones NemeBro mentioned.
Melee might have depth like SF3:TS, but not Brawl π
