One's an RPG and the other an action-adventure game, they're not very comparable. However, hahahahahaha. One was just another in a line of half-decent games, and the other still remains the highest rated game of all time, a dozen years after its release.
It was anything but half decent, the story blew lame ganondorf, some sheikas, and zelda's story out of left field. The mythology was so well put together while zelda was so plain, predictable, boring, and empty.

The story (and 'mythology'😉 for Dragon Age was about as cliche and predictable as it could get. There was literally nothing original about it - if a fantasy trope exists, they hit it.
It's not a bad game, I enjoyed it myself. But it wasn't anything better than good, and there was no originality to it at all.

Although all we can really say for sure is that I am in fact hundreds upon thousands of times more intelligent than you are.
I actually think Dragon Age was a very good game. But you came in here with an obvious trolling comment. Are you truly this butthurt toward Zelda?

Their takes on Dwarves and Elves are some of the most original takes on them I have seen.
It's foolish to say there is absolutely nothing original about the game at all.

Their take on Elves and Dwarves has actually been done before - GK pointed out before that the Elves in DA😮 are very similar to the Elves in one of the Tales games, and the Dwarves are identical to how Dwarves are portrayed in a fantasy series I read a few years back (though unfortunately the name is escaping me at the moment).
I disagree that they manage to make compelling stories and backgrounds from abusing these tropes, though. I'm very well read in fantasy literature, and Bioware always seems to just fall slightly short (at best - half the time they do faceplants into the pavement, in my opinion) when it comes to pulling off the tropes and cliches well.
And, well, if everything in it is pulled from other sources, then it's not original.
