So Brotherhood is really good then?

OHMYGOD YES.

AC2 and Brotherhood are by far my favorite games on the 360, and of this generation. They managed to beat out Lost Odyssey - which is a traditional Final Fantasy in all but name. AC2 was amazing, and Brotherhood managed to top it in every way.

They are that good.

Nah you overrate them.

TLK, B&TB, Hunchback, Aladdin are probably my top tier Disney.

Hercules and Mulan are second tier, with Tarzan. Good in their own right with catchy songs, but something's keeping them from being classics.

I love Heart/Earth so much.

Brotherhood is nearly a perfect game. Only real flaw is that the story doesn't live up to AC2's.

I loved the puzzles of AC2. Brotherhood tops the entire game though?

Daaaaayum. Should have rented that over this crap that is Epic Mickey.

Though guys, to my surprise, Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions is not actually that bad. But I've run into a shitload of glitches. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Three of which cost me a boss fight.

The story for Brotherhood is shorter than AC2, and it isn't quite as strong. And I personally do not like the armor you get from doing the tombs this time around (not that it matters, I used Uplay points for Altair's armor, mwahaha). I did have waaay too much fun with the crossbow and poison darts, though.

However, there is so much more to do that balances out the shorter main plot. I spent about...16-17 hours on it, I think? And I beat the story, trained up all of my assassins to max level, and renovated most of Rome, but I did literally no side missions at all. And there's also an additional objective for each memory to get 100% synchronization which adds a bit of extra challenge; getting a higher sync rate unlocks more side memories to do, as well as 'cheats' you can use if you get 100% for an entire sequence. The last sequence is awesome - yeah, a fistfight with the Pope is epic, but this is epic in a different way.

Also the ending is completely "holy **** what just happened" and is making me really want it to be the end of 2011 so I can find out what happens now. And I don't even care about Desmond and the metastory.

The multiplayer is also supposed to be a lot of fun, but I didn't get a chance to try it out yet. Maybe after I actually buy the game this weekend. And I usually never, ever play multiplayer on games.

I didn't know there was multiplayer either.

This game must be had. Fallout be damned.

I was so, so very wary and unsure of Brotherhood at first - I love Ezio as a character, but since they put such heavy emphasis on the multiplayer aspect initially, I didn't expect there to be much in the way of a singleplayer game. Not to mention releasing it only a year after AC2.

Yeah, having played it, damn was I wrong to expect anything but awesomeness. It's pretty much one of my top games ever now.

I can verify that the multiplayer is unique and awesomely fun. I usually hate multiplayer, but this is like my new favorite thing.

Phanteros, you post music from RDR and it's not Far Away? Shame on you.

You guys really need to stop being so lame and discuss interesting things. Like me. You all should discuss me.

Since when are wannabe trolls interesting?

They have released the AC games nearly always at November. I'm not sure on AC the First, but AC2 and AC Brotherhood were November. My guess is that they will release the next one on November 2011. If MY guess is right, I'd say the series ends November of 2012 as that would fit the storyline (They plan to have the ending as the Mayan's had in 2012) sense if nobody noticed the date is 2012.

They were always November releases, yes, that's not my point. Most big games come out in October or November. AC1 was November 2007 (a month before I got my 360, it was what cemented my decision to buy one), AC2 was November 2009, Brotherhood was a couple weeks ago. My point was that there was only a year between AC2 and Brotherhood coming out, which is a very short amount of time for a game to be released.

And a 2011 game has already been announced - it'll be for the 3DS and it's about Ezio visiting Masyaf. Or so I have been informed.

I highly, highly doubt that the series will be over and done with in two years. They haven't even touched whatever AC3 will be.

I bet that AC3 will release in 2012, ending the main trilogy and Desmond's story, but I predict that AC stuff continues after that, fleshing out other Assassins modern and historic. They've got all of man's history to play with, after all.
