Oh. I thought you were gonna say Kiba or some shit like that. It would have made me giggle. Characters below Pain are actually capable of beating Link imo so I actually do think Pain has a fair shot. He'd die horribly in a physical confrontation but something like Chibaku Tensei would work nicely enough.
Then again, would depend on the Link.

Itachi with Tsukiyomi & Susano'o would likely pose a threat as well.

OBD also gave Kain the win over Kratos.Oh, and Link lost to Sephiroth, and a single character from Naruto.
Most probably due to the Soul Reaver. Kain has nothing else that could even tickle Kratos, and with GoW3, the SR angle is not very strong.

What's wrong with Link losing to Sephiroth though?
It's highly unorthodox, love.

Yeah, so Aura should not be reprimanded for calling you old, he should be reprimanded for lying. 131
I approve of this development. We could nitpick that he didn't say it first, but I don't care either way. Will you kiss my feet?

Why Did The Bipedal Fowl, Unable To Fly But Covered In Feathers, Most Closely Resembling An Earth Chicken Other Than Its Third Eye, Navigate In A Fashion Not Solely Described By 'Cross' But Seemingly Conveyed In Near Totality By Its Phrasing, A Pathway Dividing Two Distinct Land Elements Held Different From The Pathway Itself?
No. The Very Rationale By Which The Bipedal Fowl Navigated The Pathway Was Inherent In The Very Act Of Crossing. This Is Humorous. The Rationale Driving The Action Could Be Expected As Being Something Other Than Obvious, However As The Rationale Behind The Action Is Merely Self Evident The Bipedal Fowl Has Tricked You And Earned Your Scorn.
No?
That's a "yes" following your "no".
The riddle is asking you why the creature did what it did. It does not provide any information that would lead you to another answer than that the fowl had an alien reason for wanting to cross.
The only reason you can give, is that the fowl had reason to cross. The rest is just nonsense that's there to irrationalize an otherwise simple question.
This is what it says:
A creature crosses a border between two regions. Why?
