Nurgle is a bit of a wild card, at any given time he could be the weakest or the strongest, his power varies.
Khorne is the first Chaos God to awake (Though Nurgle is allegedly older), and is the mightiest.
Slaanesh? What has he done that you speak of?
Keep in mind Nurgle has defeated Slaanesh.
Edit: I am speaking of 40k, by the way, not sure if you are talking about 40k or Fantasy.

Slaanesh on birth destroyed the Eldar, turning them from a galactic empire/force to mere survivors, struggling to keep their craft worlds alive. He then proceeded to eliminate most of the Eldar Gods (which could have been in his birth cry or seperatly I dont remember). He also made the eye of terror at the same time, all this is pretty incredible imo, especially if he is the youngest/weakest member.
What has Khorne done exactly? I always thought with Tzeentch being a god of magic and change better embodied a piece of what Chaos is, change in general. He himself, is apprently a constantly changing image of colour.
Being conceptual entities as well, I can understand Khorne being the strongest in a universe that "sees only war".

Well, he has a sword that can destroy worlds in one blow. But he is mostly just stated to be the strongest at some point. Although, sometimes other gods may gain supremacy for a time.
Well, Khorne is allegedly the strongest Chaos God. Gork and Mork, the Ork gods, are more powerful than they are, considerably so.
