Red is a BAMF. No doubt. Its hard to decide who's badassier, him or Gary Mofo Oak.

Also, did anyone else think WW Ganon got screwed over royal? I mean, in a world where the wind and stuff are actual beings his country is basically being genocided. All he wanted was a nice place to live and he gets a sword to the forehead, jeez.

lulz hiimdaisy

EDIT:

Also, all you haters are just mad you can never be awesome as Gary Oak.

I'm in awe of the genius I have witnessed.

So does anyone else think that Shadow of the Colossus would look beautiful remade in hi-def?

Oh, and happy Independence Day Americans. ๐Ÿ™‚

$15k for surgery is actually damn cheap, unless you have really good insurance.

Ganondorf in WW is my favorite, nostalgia aside. He had a reason for his actions beyond Evuls, and though he was going a little too far, you can kinda-sorta see where he's coming from.

Then he goes insane and whips out those swords, being utterly badass. Rawk.

Only this is also the same guy who was five Gorons away from committing genocide on their people, all because of spite, who destroyed (And is implied to have killed much of, hence the Redeads) Hyrule City, froze Zora's Domain (I guess because he could), and then after his little speech decided to beat up some children, and tried to kill them. Oh, and then there is the background, of when he came back after OoT, broke his seal, apparently shit got so bad that the only way to repair what he did was start over by flooding the planet.

His little Freudian Excuse was pathetic and does not come anywhere close to justifying his actions.

He had a long time to think while sealed, and seemed to show some remorse for his actions. The King taking the Triforce away at the last moment simply stripped away what little sanity was left. Given he could have easily killed Link before the battle, and had plenty of chance to kill Zelda during, it's very possible he would have honored his word and allowed the kids to live had his plan worked out.

Stop trying to humanize the evil badass.

"Show some remorse?"

No, you imagined he showed some remorse. He never showed remorse for his deeds, and if he was truly regretful, he could, you know, STOP his quest for world domination. ๐Ÿ˜ He had no reason to continue short of being selfish. Perhaps he started sympathetic and caring about his nation, but that is gone now. He did not kill Link because he thought he won, he had assembled the Triforce and was going to get his wish... Then the King of Hyrule came out of nowhere and stole it. Him not killing Zelda during the battle is such vulgar PIS it is ridiculous.

When did he say he would spare the kids?

Especially since, you know, at the beginning of the game, he had Link thrown for miles by his pet bird into the ocean, the impact would kill a normal person, and Link would have died were it not for the intervention of the King.

Ganondorf is not a sympathetic character, he feigned a sympathetic side in WW, nothing more. He is the King of Evil, beyond redemption.

This brings up an interesting point. I myself don't see anyone as beyond redemption. Guys can be evil and stuff but they are never beyond redemption hypothetically if they changed their mind that is.
