Example:If Hitler and the other Nazi leaders came to us before we stomped Germany, sincerely asking for redemption, would we have given it? 😮

Casey Anthony not guilty my ass. That's my statement for the day.

Eh, if it turns out she really did it, I'm not the one with egg on my face. 😛
Not to say I wouldn't stop a murder if I saw it happening in front of me or I wouldn't stop it if I knew it would happen. I think it would be interesting to stop a murder. ^^

Then you are talking about redemption from God. Someone that I've figured somethings about, I have yet to figure out all of them. So I can't say for certain.

This brings up an interesting point. I myself don't see anyone as beyond redemption. Guys can be evil and stuff but they are never beyond redemption hypothetically if they changed their mind that is.
At a certain point, you cross the threshold of morality, the Moral Event Horizon, where someone has done something so reprehensible, they cannot be considered morally redeemable. While the US Government did give pardons to certain SS and Japanese scientists, that does not change the fact that they are evil, disgusting people (At least, the ones that are, I do not know if all among them personally committed such atrocious acts).
Now, the same is true for fictional characters.
Ganondorf cannot be redeemed. No one who can unironically call themselves the "King of Evil" can realistically look for redemption, and he has done several monstrous actions.
Krueger is similar, he is some ways past redemption... At least, when he is not a cartoon villain.

My back hurts so much right now holy shit.Anyone know a sumo wrestler who can sit on my back to straighten everything out? D:
Get someone taller than you to grip you under your arms, lean back lifting you off the ground, let you drop forward a little, and then jerk you back. Should get the general same effect.
Of course, I recommend finding a small person to walk on it over that. Shit's amazing.
There are no onscreen Werewolves in Twilight. They do exist apparently.
