Can't say that I was truly incapacitated. I mean, I pretty much walked by myself to the hospital with a broken leg.

I've only broken my arm (forgot which one) twice at most. One time when I was running down a big hill and tripped & fell when I was 6 or 7, and the other time was accidentally self-sustained if I recall right, but that didn't stop me from doing most of the stuff I normally do with that arm, as far as using it to write for homework, play video games, and whatnot. Having people sign on your cast is always fun too.
I broke my foot oh, maybe 10 years ago now. Just walking in the kitchen. My ankle spasmed and I stepped on the outside of my foot and dropped. All my weight came down on my foot and fractured the "fifth metatarsal" if I remember correctly. My mom wouldn't believe me for the first hour, until I still couldn't walk and the bruise on my foot had swollen to the size of a golf ball.
I still walk with a slight limp thanks to it.

That's exactly how I broke my foot the first time around. Except it happened mid-air, with gravity adding that special extra crunch when I landed.
Damn, white people get the worst injuries. You guys are so fragile.
Broke my wrist falling off a scooter and hitting a fire hydrant in the 7th grade, it was a pretty bad fracture but it took like a 30 minute surgery to fix; had to wear a cast for like 2 months.

Never broken a part of this glorious body.. I think. Fractured everything so maybe one of those were broken.
