If you discard the fact she murdered her own child and got away with it as much as OJ Simpson did when he killed his wife. "The system works" my @$$.
C'mon Nemesis, you wouldn't hit that, even if it was offered to you?
edit- And to hell with you! OJ was damn sexy back in the day. The white girls were all over him!

I always figured one on one would go to the vampire, while two on two would go to the werewolves, generally speaking. Equal numbers or most situations where the wolves aren't outnumbered would be the werewolf specialty. In general, vampires are horrible at the whole "teamwork" thing.
Exceptions abound, of course, but that's just how I always saw it. Note I'm not even talking about Twilight, nor any specific setting, just the more generic/basic vampire or werewolf portrayals.
To clarify, one-on-one, I've never known an average vampire to be able to physically overpower an average werewolf, in any universe, prior to Twilight. F*ck Stephanie Meyer.
Magic and H4X, sure, but pure physical strength, agility, damage soak, and regen? **** nah. That's the Werewolf's turf.
And unless I'm mistaking something, it doesn't even seem like numbers are a sure thing for the werewolves' favor in Twilight either. They are born with the gene and that's it. Whereas vampires can turn others into one.
Vamps usually have far more special powers though, like in Twilight you have a long list of specific powers each one has, all of them seem fast and strong and can take some punishment but some can read or control minds, see the future, create distortion fields etc, some can cause incredible pain. I am probably missing some things.
What about Helsing? Swear Dracula was equal to Helsing's wolf form.
Its probably due to their powers and rationality, not being a wild beast, that levels the playing field. But the Twilight version makes sense seeing as all the other VampVsWolves is with the Wolf being the more classic bipedal version, not the large dog like in Twilight.

Dracula, a top vampire, was shitting himself when Wolverine transformed into a Werewolf. And he died like 4 minutes later.
A rookie werewolf murdered he best vampire in H2H. Justice.
And werewolves being large wolves instead of bipedal monsters, is another reason why I dislike Twilight so much.
I'll stick to Morrowind's interpretation. Go in a vampire den while transformed as a werewolf, and the vampires shit themselves, running around in fear.
Hopefully the Skyrim vampire will be more fleshed out ,even more so than oblivions. I used a lot of mods that gave me vampiric abilities the more I fed and aged in "days", at like 1 year old vamp (which is a long time of play using normal Oblivion timer) and with having drunk blood every night since then you can create a sun shield for hours to protect yourself, gain amazing stats, mind control and other cool things.
