Evidence does not equal fact.
Well, you're entitled to do that. As long as we all agree that there is heaps of empirical evidence supporting the claim that non-human animals are capable of critical thinking, and there is none supporting your belief, then life is wunderbar.

I'm sorry, what?
What evidence do you have? Dolphins displaying pack behaviour and raping things? SP stating (not posting) there is evidence animals are capable of cognative thought? Theres evidence for little green men and big foot. But you don't see me trying to pass those things off as established ****ing fact.
Unless theres been some pretty big breakthroughs that I've somehow missed, no living thing on Earth is capable of critical thought of any kind besides human beings. Anything else is science fiction and new age hippie crap.

'Critical thinking is the intellectually disciplined process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and/or evaluating information gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication, as a guide to belief and action. In its exemplary form, it is based on universal intellectual values that transcend subject matter divisions: clarity, accuracy, precision, consistency, relevance, sound evidence, good reasons, depth, breadth, and fairness.'
You're the one who mentioned critical thought.

In a word? Wrong. But please, explain to me how violently raping another animal, for fun, and knowing that it can't get pregnant, is somehow not "premeditated malice".
Wow, so much for tolerance, huh? How is him "speaking ill of homosexuality" any worse than you speaking ill of him because he did so in the first place? That's a bit hypocritical of you.
As BT pointed out, he didn't he hated it, he said it was wrong. The fact that you relate "wrong" and "hate" to each other is you projecting your black and white views on the subject on to him. Secondly, he never said that he finds the love aspect of it wrong, either. For all you know he might only have a problem with the physical, sexual aspect of it. There is a distinction.
I think Modern Warfare 3 is retarded, therefore people who play Modern Warfare 3 are retarded"
No. Please use logic. The act can be separated from the person.
Prime example of a slippery slope fallacy. You really shouldn't call people out on their logical fallacies, then make one yourself. That is what we call hypocritical.
You should be more accepting of other peoples beliefs.
I hate it when people does this to a post. It is so annoying to read and reply to.
First of all, those are dolphins. Dolphins have a very similar sexual drive to humans. They find sex most pleasant and engage in it more than for simple reproduction. That aside, it is still not
1) Premeditated or
2) Malicious.
They do it for pleasure, not in malice.
You are joking, right? Trolling. Acting up. Are you seriously comparing his bigotry to my retaliation and calling them the same? First of all, in the quoted sentence, I did not speak ill of him. I lifted forward the fallacy that he used (Which is not speaking ill of), I informed him of (the truth) that comparing the state of being homosexual to the concept of murder as parallels will not get him a lot of friends. Which it will not. I know numerous on these forums who are either homosexual, bisexual or defenders of homosexuals right to be. The last part was simply about how ignorant it is to call homosexuality wrong.
Are you seriously comparing him calling me disgusting and wrong, to me taking offense in it and defending myself? Are you so daft, that you think this is an act of hypocrisy from me? Are you so DAFT that you think me defending my right as a homosexual is as horrid an action as him downspeaking millions of people in the world's population? No matter if you're trolling, joking, or simply out for a debate, there goes my last bit of respect for you.
I am not even going to reply to the rest. I am officially DONE with you.

The ability to comprehend information, process it and make informed decisions based off of it. Probably this is inclusive to a form of language.Basically the ability to reason, consider, imagine etc.
I think you'll find that I know what I'm talking about and that both definitions match up.
