Indeed, I really liked that episode a supar lot. I feel her characterization was handled really well, as a pony who, despite her intimidating and even somewhat cold demeanor in front of her subjects, really has a lot more empathy than she lets on, who is deeply troubled by the fear her subjects hold for her.

Daw and stuff.

Depends how you look at it. I've seen more casual couples that seem more like friends than anything. (Friends who really like to touch each other's naughty bits, apparently) These are distinctly not Friends With Benefits cases, though. They're tightknit, very close. Just... Yeah.
