[B]That doesn't make you right though.I can't actually recall the last time I myself actually seriously harassed Nemesis, though you assume I don't regret being an ******* to him on occasion.
BT, meanwhile, was an active troll, and often baited people into doing so.So? It's okay to troll people if they're "bad"? That's not a justification for anything.
Homophobia is socially and politically wrong, for one thing,200 years ago, killing someone for being gay was "socially and politically correct". And at one point, black men running for president was too. Don't use this as an argument; it sucks. "Society and political correctness" are fickle and ever changing.
if I were making jokes about Christians and Catholics, and someone asked me to stop, I would. :lSo? There are people in this forum who have not stopped, and I haven't seen you jump on them yet.
Jokes are all fine until someone takes serious offense. At that point, you ask yourself, gee, is it worth personally upsetting someone, just so I can keep saying this? If someone were offended by racist jokes, would it be perfectly fine to keep posting them? No, know why? It's not because it's politically incorrect to, it's because it's human decency to comply with someone's personal request. This has nothing to do with human decency.
This has everything to do with the fact that EA is a popular and well liked member here.
Regardless of how you might feel after harassing NemesisX, you've never jumped on anyone else for harassing him like you're doing to me now.
Regardless of how you might feel after harassing Quan-Chi, you've never jumped on anyone else for harassing him like you're doing to me now.
Regardless of how you might feel after harassing Burning Thought, you've never jumped on anyone for harassing him like you're doing to me.
What do these three members have in common? No one likes them. Or in NemesisX' case, for a long time no one liked him. Therefore it's perfectly okay to antagonize them. Everyone likes EA, therefore "hurting her feelings" is wrong, which, incredibly, is even more ironic than one might initially think, considering all the antagonizing done at those members' expense was deliberate and malicious, whereas I never intended to antagonize EA at all.
That's all there is to it.
