In an attempt to find out what freaks you guys out...

I have this thing concerning legs. If I'm watching a show and the legs get visibly ****ed up, I cringe. It's painful to watch.

I imagine everyone had something like this. What is yours? Why do you think that is? ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Take the test ****er.

I have a revulsion to nail polish, both in the fictional and real world. It pisses me off.

I also don't like neck wounds very much. Not sure why.

I shall momentarily.

Nail polish makes no sense yes.

Ah and I am this Rainbow Dash person.

If there's one thing you know you are, it's #1! You tend to be competitive by nature and love to show off your talents at every available moment, but that's often because you've put in a lot of practice to perfect your techniques and want to take pride in your effort. Because of this, you sometimes get a little too proud, fearing competing if you don't feel you can win and getting hotheaded if someone questions your capabilities. You hate losing.

Even though you may be a bit self-centered, you still care deeply for your friends and would stand up for them no matter what. You're deeply loyal to them, even if you may not always show it. Just because they're not as talented as you doesn't mean they're worthless, because you love them for who they are, although you may still joke around and give them a hard time รขโ‚ฌโ€ really, who doesn't like a laugh? You're incredibly brave and will be the first one to volunteer to venture off into the unknown or stand up against an enemy, perhaps letting your impulses get a hold of you before a rational plan is actually thought of.

While a lot of ponies may care how they look or concern themselves over what they're doing, you always want to present yourself in the coolest way possible. Whatever someone else is, your goal is to be 20% cooler. Fashion and style are a waste of time to you, because you know that's not what determines how cool a pony is. And if you think dying your hair all of the colors of the rainbow will make you 20% cooler, hey, guess what, because you don't care about appearances, it does.

Test clearly doesn't work.

Nail Polish? Could care less for it.

I am one of the few folks who's can't stand looking at high heel shoes on people...regardless of gender. ๐Ÿ˜

I was thinking more along the lines of painful things...>_>

Those things are painful to look at. Friggin terrifying ๐Ÿ˜

Toes then?

Toes are equally hideous in my eyes.

Sometimes bothered by neck and inner wrist cuts, and needles. The cuts for past shit and overall not a fan of vein/artery damage, especially on vunerable areas.

But the other times it doesnt bother me in the least, like watching an eye injection scene, blade related suicide or some other gruesome net vid.. /shrugs/

Nothing freaks out MooCow.

What a surprise ๐Ÿ˜›

As to what freaks me out...yeah, too much stuff.

Just picked up Game of Thrones from the library after people wouldn't shut up about the series.

I also picked up The Hobbit and The Silmarillion if I have time to read them after Game of Thrones.

Oh yeah and American Gods was really good and stuff.

American Gods is great. Definitely check out Gaiman's other stuff if you liked it.

As is the Song of Ice and Fire series. The Hobbit I wasn't a huge fan of, but I read LOTR first and the differences between the two were very jarring for me. I still haven't gotten around to reading the Silmarillion, but one of these days I'll get through it. That book is a hard read.

From what this stupid lurking idiot is telling me right now, he is not sure I will like The Hobbit due to having a considerably lighter tone than Lord of the Rings (Which I have read), so, we'll see.

From what I hear, the Silmarillion is Tolkien's darkest work, and yeah, I read through the earlier chapters a while ago, it is pretty tough a read.

American Gods was really good, yeah.

Spoiler:
Favorite character was Wednesday. Rare is the bastard so truly magnificent I kind of want him to win as opposed to the hero, lol
. I put that in spoiler tags for those who have not read American Gods and want to, like the mouth-breathing idiot I am talking to, for example. My sister actually owns Coraline, another book by Gaiman, so I will be reading that soon. How is it, if you know?

I actually haven't read Coraline, but I did like the movie a lot. Neverwhere is great, though, and if you like really dry humor, read Good Omens - he wrote it with Terry Pratchett and it's awesome. I also have Smoke and Mirrors, which is a collection of his short stories, some of which can be very dark.

None of those were at the public library. ๐Ÿ™

I was going to finally try some Discworld, but The Colour of Magic wasn't there, and I don't read shit out of order. estahuh

I actually found I didn't care for Discworld as much as I'd've hoped to. I mean, it was funny, but...not as funny or good as people hyped it up to be.
