First of all, you must understand, that apparently Origins isn't actually easy for most gamers, and is apparently considered quite difficult. I don't find it difficult because I am a genius, you and Blax find it easy because you are no-life losers with large breasts.

Blah blah huge liar. You just said that it was easy and as you point out below its really frickin' hard top die. Except for the fight where you're supposed to lose and the secret boss, most of the fights aren't hard.

And it is not just broken because it is the RPG equivelant of Marvel vs. Capcom 2. The AI is terrible, the crowd-control mechanics are overpowered as **** (A big contributor to the reason mages are unbalanced), potions are so plentiful that it is virtually impossible to die unless you fall asleep, and mage hats are ****ing stupid. There is probably something else I am forgetting that contributes to the game being mechanically a turd, but it has been a while since I played the game.

Whats wrong with the AI? I never had any problems with it. Yes the mages are OP but who cares, they're fun like that. The game really isn't as broken as you're implying.

The only really broken thing was the Shapeshifter class. What a piece of shit.

DA2 unbalanced towards mages? BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

It's not. At all. At higher difficulties, the only viable mage build is a healer, and the best build in the game is a two-hander warrior build.

Compare this to Origins, where mages could perform the duties of the other two classes but more, and often better.

Lies. While I was incorrect in saying they were OP, they're still pretty powerful. They're just not comparable to what they were in Origins.

Origins had Morrigan, who is the most unlikeable party member in the series, and to a lesser extent Wynne. Fenris and Anders I could get being called unlikeable due to preference, who are you referring to?

STFU Morrigan was awesome and my total gurl-bro! estahuh

And what was wrong with Wynne? ๐Ÿ˜•

What about Isabella? Did you know she likes to ****? Because she must mention it in every conversation you have. Also theres the act 2 thing.

Merill is probably the dumbest character in Bioware history. Yes, I'm counting the Dog and Minsc. She is stupider than a man with actual brain damage. She's cute, but still pretty unbareable with her constant stupidity, particularly to do with that damn mirror and blood magic.

Carver sucks dick.

Aveline isn't as bad as the others but she loses points for that retarded quest where you need to get her laid. I can't believe a married woman is that romanitically inept.

The only likable characters are Varric, Bethany and the Arishok.

Also, when you factor in Awakenings, which is the worst game Bioware has ever put out... Lol.

I don't know anything about it really, so no comment.

Why is the plot broken?

Others have said it much better than me (alot of them), but mostly its the way that theres little connectivity between Acts, the way Act 1 is basically just sidequests you do to get money, that you don't meet the main villians until the end of Act 2 and just generally bad writing.

Edit: Seriously, why do people fellate Dragon Age: Origins so much? Is it because the neckbearded loser fanbase had a nostalgia boner for Baldur's Gate, and were willing to mindlessly masturbate Origins for returning to that format and ignore its faults, but apparently picking at 2 is okay because it moved away from the format?

Also, once more, what I say is more valid because I am smarter than everyone here combined.

Its because its actually good. The plot is solid, the world is epic and vast and it has likable party members and NPC's.

Are you illiterate?

I said that apparently a lot of people actual found it hard, which is the reason why there is a Casual setting, since originally, there was none, but due to player complaints of difficulty, it was made.

I don't find it hard at all, but I am rather smarter than everyone in the universe.

Whats wrong with the AI? I never had any problems with it.

Sometimes I really wish Alistair would attack the guy I ****ing told him to rather than strafe around them. Same with my dude on auto attack. 2 making every button press an attack was an improvement.

Yes the mages are OP but who cares, they're fun like that.

^Handwaving a flaw of the game lol.

The game really isn't as broken as you're implying.

It's mechanically a trainwreck. Also buggy as hell but so are all Bioware games (Awakenings being the crowning achievement of buggy Bioware games).

The only really broken thing was the Shapeshifter class. What a piece of shit.

Oh right, Shapeshifter. The class that doesn't ****ing work. The Rogue beastmaster or whatever class was similarly shit, but that's due to just sucking, rather than being mechanically broken.

Lies. While I was incorrect in saying they were OP, they're still pretty powerful. They're just not comparable to what they were in Origins.

Oh right, the Force Mage, I forgot. That's true, the Force Mage is the best offensive caster in the game, but can still be impractical due to some moves hitting party members.

And two-handed warrior is still better.

STFU Morrigan was awesome and my total gurl-bro! estahuh

You once again demonstrate why my opinion is better than your's.

And what was wrong with Wynne? ๐Ÿ˜•

Along with being kind of, well, boring, she also cockblocks me which bothers me, generally acts like a snooty busy-body, and to top it off, complains about being old while having honking perky breasts the size of coconuts.

What about Isabella? Did you know she likes to ****? Because she must mention it in every conversation you have. Also theres the act 2 thing.

Yeah... Isabela is nowhere near as overtly-sexual as Zevran. It isn't even close. But of course, no one hates Zevran for that, Isabela gets the hate due to appearing in the sequel.

Merill is probably the dumbest character in Bioware history. Yes, I'm counting the Dog and Minsc. She is stupider than a man with actual brain damage. She's cute, but still pretty unbareable with her constant stupidity, particularly to do with that damn mirror and blood magic.

Oghren is much dumber, first of all, as is Morrigan.

Merrill's only real stupidity is her naive belief that she can control her situation enough that it only affects herself (Her flaw is pride after all), and doesn't consider the negative repercussions her actions may have on others. Which makes her a flawed, and therefore more endearing character.

Carver sucks dick.

True but he is only "kind of" a party member. He is also objectively a better character than Bethany, who while kind of cute, only has the vague outline of a personality.

Aveline isn't as bad as the others but she loses points for that retarded quest where you need to get her laid. I can't believe a married woman is that romanitically inept.

Why can't you? I've known people who have been in relationships that have all the social and romantic charisma of drying paint.

Have you considered that your taste is just bad?

The only likable characters are Varric, Bethany and the Arishok.

You get points for Varric, but that is all.

I don't know anything about it really, so no comment.

Stfu.

It flows better if you think of the plot as three short stories, rather than an ongoing one.

Its because its actually good. The plot is solid, the world is epic and vast and it has likable party members and NPC's.

The plot was most interesting when dealing with human problems and human (Not always literally) antagonists, which 2 does almost exclusively. The smaller setting works more for the sort of low fantasy storyline DA2 had going on, and **** Morrigan, Wynne, and Oghren (He was cool in Origins but Awakenings destroyed his character).

Next time try to be consistent. Don't say its easy then say its hard then point out gameplay mechanics that make it easy. You come off a kind of confused.

Are you talking about pathfinding? Yes, theres a bit of difficulty there, but I never noticed it or was irritated by it.

I never played Awakenings, so n/c. And I never had a bug so again n/c, lol.

Ranger. And yeah, I think they had to try to patch Shapeshifter to be better or there was a mod for it and it still sucked a donkeys dick.

I've always found it funny that people tend to hate characters that give the player shit. Yeah, she disapproves of a bunch of stuff, deal with it. I still maxed her affection before anyone elses because I'm pimp like that.

Fair enough.

Co-incidentally I also hated Zevran. Maybe because I just ignored him like a boss, but I never saw him being as overtly-sexualised as Isabela. At least he talks about being an assassin iirc.

Nah, Merril is so stupid that she gets lost in the cupboards of the Chantry, a dog track in Darktown, and the Viscount's bathroom in her attempts to walk home. How is that even possible? And those characters aren't stupid enough to ignore eveyone repeatedly telling them that what they're doing is stupid and will kill people right up to people die. I'd spoil that but its obvious by the first time you talk to her that its not going to end well and she's oblivious to the dangers. Being flawed isn't endearing when she's so blantantly out of her depth and won't hear anyone tell her that she is. It doesn't help that even the other party member react with disgust at her naivety on the issue.

Nah. Bethany has enough of a personality that you want to protect her at least. Carver is a douche and who even cares about him.

I don't really know how to respond to that other than that I find it stupid and unbelievable.

Yes, sometimes. Though I would point out that quite a lot of people disliked DA2.

The Arishok is the best character in the game.

Victory is mine.

Its pretty hard to think of it like that when its a single game. Its a flaw in the narrative imo.

Well I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree on this issue.

But yeah, a Wilykit and Wilykat episode! Poor kids...๐Ÿ™

Well considering how everyone is complaining about how much of a dick he's been in the past 4-6 episodes. I'm pretty happy I didn't see him. I don't like Tygra all that much either but it's for an entirely different reason.

I felt bad for them this episode but I like the two suprisingly

I'm not getting used to Rocket's voice in YJ anytime soon BTW.

Tygra's a douche bag, I hope he loses a leg or something for his constant bitching.

Team Jacob and Team Edward has become Clan Lion-O and Clan Tygra.

Clan is cooler. uhuh

Wow that was a really cheesy ending (Young Justice).

haermm

Yeah, everyone got to cuddle up with his/her ****buddy.

'Woot, we saved the day! Lets all kiss our love interests in celebration!'

I take back my previous speculation about Rocket. Its clear she was added just so Aqua Lad had someone to snog at the end. Well, someone who's black.

I did like Megan and Superboys expression though. They clearly screwed in a bathroom or something. Total 'just got laid' faces.

Some of use didn't see the ep, but damn that ending sounds like shit. It actually makes ME3's ending look good.

Goddammit, I need to stop spoiling stuff.

Sorry. ๐Ÿ™

Yeah that sucked. I mean I can kind of understand Superbot/Megan but why did everyone else have to do it.

About that, so the can get a Martian in her late 40's and a clone with two dads to pair up but the black guy "has" to pair up with another black person. I wonder how Aqualad's going to react to Rocket being a mommy, unless that's not going to be in this verse.

I wonder if Connor got her to turn into Black Cannary again ๐Ÿ˜›

Yay, new Korra!

Ultimate Spiderman sucks ass.

Carver apparently gets better if he becomes a Grey Warden, and even acknowledges being a douche if you bring him in Legacy.

Wait? It's out?

Well at least we have a new Korra.

So I only just got to watch last weeks episode of MLP.

Normally this show is my dose of happiness and incorruptible glee. This episode so far is kind of depressing. Wat do.
