TPPaACA is one of the worst pieces of legislation to have ever been passed in American history. Why? Because the GOP forced Obama to butcher and destroy the original purpose of this bill to the point that it is now garbage and should be thrown out. The original proposed bill was still not enough, but it would have come a long way in modernizing the American Medical System.
