That would only do him a favor. You need him to suffer and think about what he said that potentially abused wives would've found offensive and then send them an apology letter with cupcakes delivered on the same day.

Now that I think about it, maybe cupcakes wouldn't be the best choice. It's always difficult telling whether people like the vanilla or the chocolate. I guess if you even out the box and put four vanillas and four chocolates in there, that would make things easy but that would only make the people he's apologizing to only accept half the apology wouldn't it?
