No, why would I? I'm completely indifferent to the show lol. It's not a bad show I'm just not getting swept in by the hype.

Apparantly people say that its popularity has to do with a trend in culture called New Sincerity. Basically people are sick of postmodern irony and cynicism and are starting to gravitate towards things that are more feel-good and fun.

That seems to be my reaction. I like the unironic fun of it coupled with the good characters and surprisingly good storytelling.

I can see it. But the show that did that for me wouldn't be FiM. I'll take Phineas and Ferb over that any day.

I can see why people like it. I don't get the obsession over it though.
