I don't care about max settings at all, its just that some of the comments mentioned they could handle max settings so I thought that was neat. I'd be fine with medium or low, as long as I can play the game without it going berserk or slowly killing the PC.

It says 6 GB's for the hard drive if thats what you mean? But it sounds like the lack of a dedicated GPU is a big deal. Do you know any PC with that thats good for my budget?

You mean those things that add about £120-250 on to the cost? Yeah, I definitely don't care about max settings that much.

It makes all the difference. The difference between shooting something with an assault rifle or a nerf gun.

No, that's not what I meant. It would seem that they for some reason forgot to list the amount of RAM the PC has. Ring them up or send an e-mail and ask them how much RAM it's got. Hell, even if it's the standard 4GB, it seems it would be sufficient for your needs. If it's like 6 or 8, then don't forget to use a 64-bit Operating System or the extra RAM beyond 3.5 will be wasted.

Yes, unfortunately a dedicated GPU will cost you extra, but it's supremely important for gaming. At any rate, you don't need to get the stuff that sets you back 120GBP. You could get the one for 66GBP and you'd still be fine. Hell, you can get the one for 25GBP if you really wanna cheapskate it and you'd still be better off than with an integrated graphics chip.

Ok, so I could get the Titan and add the £66 pounds graphics card and windows 7 home premium operating system and I'd be fine, it would be ready to use? I'll see if I can find the number to rig about the RAM.

How about this one? Cheap, but has the 6GB RAM and I think its good for the dedicated memory and a good processor.

how the hell does that spec go for that price... Something's not right...

So, it's good and I should buy it before the sale ends?

It doesn't have a monitor; that's why it's so cheap. And that card is integrated, even though it's misleading some.

Honestly, I'd have to say no. Here's a look at that graphics card:

Hmmmm. 😬

How many dollars does your budget convert to?

Yes, I believe so. You don't even need an Operating System if you can, uh, "acquire" it elsewhere. I would go for the HD 7770(94.99GBP) if I at all could, but the 7750 is decent as well.

This new PC you linked is painfully low-end and the GPU is totally godawful.

$1106 for the PC + monitor.

So I'm going up to £700 for the PC plus monitor. What about this one?

Neph, tell us how much your... currency is compared to dollars and we'll just find something manly for you on Tigerdirect or Newegg, like we did with Nemebro.

Pounds to dollars is 1.58 exchange rate.

It looks solid enough. It's better than what I currently have, and with my laptop I can play TOR on low to medium.

There is a very notable lack of information about a dedicated GPU on that one. I think we all know what that means by now.

Do it for me, you lazy sack of shit. I need a solid number, like "I am willing to spend ____ dollars on a PC."

edit- the processor doesn't list a speed, but I can't imagine an I5-3330 would have too many different speeds.

What about here:

'If you're a gamer, you'll appreciate the AMD HD6770 graphics card with 2 GB of dedicated memory for improved gaming graphics, so you can make the most of your games. The graphics card has HDMI and VGA connections, making it easier to connect an HD display to the DT-2410.'

Isn't a graphics card with dedicated memory the same thing?

Oh yeah, it has a HD 6670. It's kind of adequate. My bad for not noticing it before.

Once it has dedicated memory, that's the main thing. If you google the card, the reviews say that it's a solid card, that i've seen.

Slower video card and half the ram, but about 200 bucks cheaper, and still capable of playing basically anything on all da settings.
