As far as Man of Steel is concerned, critics are full of shit. But if you're honestly scared of being disappointed then I recommend at least seeing it at a matinee to get your own opinion on it.

Yeah Aura seriously, the critics are complete tards over this movie. Don't listen to a word they say. The movies one of the best superhero films I've ever seen, and seriously raises the bar in terms of action. I'm considering going to see it again and I haven't done that since Avengers. I loved it.

The movie was shit, and its ticket sales tanked by 60% for a reason.

It was better than Returns, but that isn't saying alot.
