It is mostly just because Alucard has no way to penetrate his armor, and his more supernatural abilities are too weak to so much as inconvenience the foremost Champion of Khorne short of Angron.

A powerful Daemon Prince of Slaanesh came closest to overriding Kharn's Collar of Khorne, but failed. Alucard is not nearly that powerful.

I thought Kharn didn't have the Khollar, but the Blessing instead?

We get Ursa's, Zuko's Mom, bakstory. She used to be a commoner who was involved in plays and the like when Fire Lord Azulon showed up one day because the Sages predicted a union between his child and a descendant of Avatar Roku would produce a great line of Fire Lords. But Ursa is in love with some guy and he doesn't want her to leave. Ozai is like "tough shit" and they leave. And of course it turns out that Zuko is the child of Ursa and the man she really loved.

There's more but my God is this horrible. This hurts so many things in the original I can't believe it.
