Not arguing mod decisions has always been a rule. Longer than I've been a mod, longer than you had been a member. Just because it's not written in stone does not mean that it's not an official rule.
Plenty of records...all which I've proven to be bs except the instant where I was spamming, but it's not like someone else wasn't doing it (NonSensei) no offense to him. That spamming was simply leaving a lot of empty space between text in posts. Any other kind of "spam" I've done, doesn't justify a ban, except in your world.

Dude, yes it is. Regardless of the reason, socking is a bannable offense.
It's understandable why a starving person would steal food since he/she's hungry and wants to live longer, but you're socking on an Internet forum just to annoy the people you dislike (i.e. Peach, GK, Classic NES, MOV).

Well, if they banned everyone there wouldn't be a point in having this section. You say you're defending yourself, but by socking you're pretty much destroying your own reputation and if you didn't care about it why would you feel the need to defend yourself by socking this much in the first place?
What you don't seem to understand is that there were no false accusations. You more than deserved to be banned by the time you actually were.

So, it took you over nine months to come to the conclusion that you were banned unfairly? You should have came back earlier if you really thought your ban was unfair.
Well, you can't deny that you've made several sock accounts within the past few days, which is a bannable offense. Do you really think that the moderators will allow you to come back after doing that? If not, then you're wasting your time.

What you guys cannot see on his profile is the fact that he had an absolutely ridiculous number of official warnings (all you can see is the final ban reason, I believe). He would constantly bash and attack people, make incredibly vulgar remarks, and spam up the forums. He also, which is what ended up being the last straw, would never drop an argument after being told to do so.
