No, it took fleets of them to do.

Alright, then in terms of destruction they are about equal to the Covenant I guess who do the same.

Well it takes much less than the heat of a star to glass a planet, but I'm feeling the Protoss to be superior to the Covenant on a man to man basis, though the Covenant probably out number them.

Does any ship in a fleet have lasers that can puncture directly through the crust of a planet? Cause Gorgon, a boss from Star Fox 64, can do that, and Arwings tank those.

Although I admit Halo was the first option I thought of.

depends on what you mean by going through the crust. do you mean like going through one spot and out the other?

the protoss need whole fleets to do it but i know they have a specific ship that can open black holes or something. blaxican knows more about starcraft then i do.

the protoss are more advanced then the covenent though i know. the covvies are scavengers for one most of their tech they stole from the forerunners and two their tech is barely stronger then the unsc's when it comes down to it.

Blax quit, sadly.

I am pretty sure it just means it reaches the mantle. Actually blowing straight through the planet itself would be horrendously impressive.

I know absolutely nothing about it lol.

I read a StarCraft novel that described the protoss glassing a planet, though it's not technicly gaming forum applicable, they liquified stone, and left the entire planet liquid hot pretty quickly, still not the heat generated by a star though.

Also, an impressive collision feat is when Spyborg smacked Slippy and sent him flying from Sector X to the planet Titania, the Arwing was pretty well-off, only suffering minor damage.

How was the fat lard's graduation?

Indeed it is. That is very impressive piercing power, if it has any relevance, the laser itself is, let's say 30-40 feet in terms of width.

ROFL what a loser. 131

Wolverine could deflect Superman's heatvision.

On a similar note, Star Fox 64 is one of the greatest games ever made.

What is the origin of this joke? /feelsleftout

What?

The wolverine joke.

Wolverine has a jobber aura.

Although not as much of one as Batman.

Ah.

Even Bat's jobber aura pale's next to Snake's, imho.

Dude naw.

Batman has actually busted Darkseid's lip, and taken hits from Superman.
