Over in Action comics two weeks ago, Superman lifted a quasar.

In Superman next week, he can't physically budge Teth from his path.

What does that tell you, Trickster?

Superman saying Captain Marvel is his equal means shit. This is the same Superman that gives "The single toughest opponent I have ever faced" speech after owning people. He gives his opponents more credit than what they deserve.

But until he flatout out performs him/them in a direct comparison type story, say....OWAWish, it stands.

We've never seen him dismiss Captain Marvel, have we?

It just seems like denial and flat out obstinance to say Superman>>Cap and Teth, when nothing on panel validates it, aside from lipservice which is a traitorous ***** who is known to be covered in the thickest hyperbole, especially in comics.

Superman: MM is the most powerful being on Earth........

Two weeks later, Superman goes mad, and MM can't do anything to stop him...

No good because it was proven to be an empty claim.

WW is the one person on earth who can stop me.....

A week later in For Tomorrow, he restrains her and basically dismisses the threat she presents.

Superman: Captain Marvel is my virtual equal...

Two weeks later Cap drops Superman/stalemates him.

Nothing but support for the virtual equal claim.

It probably burns, but until he flat out shames Cap/Teth in side by side performance, it should be taken as fact imo.

And it probably will always be that way, so this really makes me happy.

He can walk over everyone else on DC earth, except the guy with curly hair, instead of wavy hair.

Sucks to be a fan of his numero uno positioning, since he isn't really number one until he has no equals..

Black Adam had isis's powers and i think her brother's in WWiii. He doesn't any more. His feats aren't his own.
