As for AIDS I think the reason for that isn't because of gay sex but because you can get AIDS from sex in general, knocking up one of the many hoes in your neighborhood could very well result in getting AIDS. A lot of the black community imo isn't really aware of "safe sex".
Well let me explain more what I mean about the AIDS. The "DL" (down low) guy is one who is bisexual but does not want to say his is gay. He tries to appear straight but is having sex with men also, often times unprotected. Some unsuspecting woman is having sex with him and you can see how this continues.
This is nothing new since it has happened throughout history but the fact that "DL" became a term is somewhat concerning since that would mean it is becoming a big issue.
And here's an example of an undeniably gay lyric. It was at the beginning of the song so this is not a metaphor:
"When I met you I admit my first thoughts was to trick
You look so good huh, I suck on your daddy's dick (yeah)
I never felt that way in my life
It didn't take long before I made you my wife (uh, yeah)"
Notorious BIG "Me and My *****" - Ready To Die (1994)
There a bunch of examples out there if you listen to albums and even some singles have some clues although nowhere near as blunt.
I'm not talking Eminem though. I don't take hardly anything he says seriously 😆
